Well, here we go again! Back to the Omni Mt. Washington Hotel and Bretton Woods Resort. This has become a favorite post-holiday getaway for people looking for a bit of pampering, some of the most predictable and reliable skiing in New England, and the unique and wonderfully historic Mt. Washington Hotel. As in past years, you will have the opportunity, if you wish, to add an extra day to the trip at the club price (Tuesday. Friday will be more expensive). If you’ve not been to the Hotel you owe it to yourself to experience the gorgeous location, fabulous views, and the historic Grand Hotel feel of the place. It features indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor fire pits, dining rooms and bars and vast lounging areas. There is a large spa if you need some personal maintenance, cross country skiing on the golf course or in the hills and, of course, a pretty great ski area right across the street, reachable by shuttle bus. Bretton Woods can be relied on to have excellent snowmaking and grooming. We joke, in the club, that everyone is a good skier at Bretton Woods but, the fact is that it is a great place to get feeling good about your skiing. A great tune-up for Sugarloaf if you’re going on that trip. Lift tickets are $39 per person per day, maximum 3. We’ll be in our usual Deluxe two-queen-bed rooms.
