Trip / event signup

  You cannot sign up other people from your account.  Everyone must have a separate account with a unique User ID and password. Sign up for yourself only!


Important !!! Paying by check?
If paying by check then you still must register for the trip. Select manual payment for your option.  You will receive an email confirming your registration and balance due, it will also contain payment instructions. If you don't receive an email payment confirmation with the payment instructions - then you did not register correctly for the trip!

Credit card payments- Not all trips allow for credit card payments. Important note-Those trips that do allow credit card payments will collect payment in full. Partial payments are not available if paying by credit card.

Please note that the decision to run a trip will be made prior to the trip. We must have sufficient paid registrations or the trip will not run. Paying ahead of time either via the website or by check by the required payment dates will ensure that our trips DO run!

     Don't miss the highlight of the holiday season. The Upper Cape Ski & Sports Club annual Holiday Swap party kicks off the season with a bang. A light meal will be followed by our hilarious Ugly Sweater Contest, and then the main event: The Swap. If you wish to participate, bring a wrapped item valued between $15 and $20 to swap. Use your imagination. Don't just bring a recycled gift from last year, or a bottle of wine that you pick up on the way to the meeting. This is fun!  Also, if you brought your skis for the Sportworks tune-up deal last month, they will be available for pickup at the meeting.

    Our monthly social meeting usually includes some pizza and a salad.  This is a great time to meet our members and socialize.  We also have a guest speaker for most meetings although not always.  Everyone must sign up as walk-ins are not allowed.

    Here we go again! Back to Bretton Woods Resort and the iconic Mt. Washington Hotel for what has become an annual, post-holiday getaway.  We will be in our customary Deluxe two-queen-bed rooms. Lift tickets can be purchased for $39 per day, maximum 3 per person. The deadline for signing up and FULL payment is December 10, 2024. Payment is by check only!  No credit cards sorry.     Sugarloaf is a club favorite and an excellent deal to boot!  Lift tickets are $48/day unless you are over 65, then $40 per day. If you want to ski on Sunday, it is $60 and $50. I usually only order 4 tickets each, so if you want to ski on Sunday, I'll need to know. I also need to know how many have passes and who is over 65. Please indicate on your registration. Everyone needs to be SIGNED UP by12/06/24 and FULL PAYMENT is due by 12/16/24.

    $750 per person deposit is due upon registration. $1000 is due September 1st.2024.. Final payment due January 2nd, 2025. Price adjustment may be necessary depending upon the Euro/U.S. Dollar conversion. Please have both people register.  Each will require a separate paid membership.

    This is a bike and boat trip from Mantova to Venice, Italy.  We will be aboard the Ave Maria a 40 meter vessel with 17 cabins. Come and enjoy all that Italy has to offer. Included are:

    This bike and boat adventure runs from Metz France to Cochem Germany. We will pass through Luxembourg along the way.     6 nights in Iceland - includes Breakfast, accommodations and a Dacia Duster 4 by 4 with manual transmission (4 PASSENGERS PER VEHICLE).

    Only 6 rooms available. No single rooms available.  If you get closed out then immediately sign up for the waitlist.  Airfare not included. There are NO guides for this trip. It's drive yourself (4 to a vehicle, manual shift) and follow the map or GPS. 

    Payment in full due within 7 days by credit card or check. 

    $2699 per room per couple.  Trip price subject to adjustment if the dollar goes down against the Euro and or Icelandic Kroner.

    We are headed to the Erie Canal in New York state for a 4 day boating adventure. These are replica canal boats, just like those from England, but built in America.  This is our first time on the Erie Canal and it looks like it will be a fun and interesting voyage.  Please read the flyer sent out earlier in it's entirety, that will answer any questions you might have. You MUST have a roommate in order to sign up!!! So if you are a single you need a cabinmate BEFORE signing up. If you don't have a roommate then call the trip leader so I can match you up. 

    $500 per person deposit is required within 10 days of registration. Balance will be due on February 15th. All deposits are subject to our deposit policy which is on your confirmation and on our website. Price includes taxes, fuel, tolls, orientation/training, cleaning services, linen services & full equipment.
